If there's only a small amount of blood on the swab, (a small dot, etc.) please still send your test to our labs as we'll aim to process it if it's possible. If your test can be processed, your results will be provided within 24-36 hours of your sample being received.

If there's a larger amount of blood in the sample, (eg, if there's a large clot or if the swab is completely saturated in blood) please don't send the test back to us. Our labs wouldn't be able to process this sample as it would fail testing and show on your dashboard as not processed. If this happens, please order a new testing kit and provide us with a new sample.
