You’ll get an email from Chronomics as soon as we’ve received your sample(s), and another email 24-36 hours later to let you know that your result is available via your secure online dashboard. Your dashboard is created upon registration and you can log in using the email address you used to register the test.

PLEASE NOTE: Any samples received after 2pm on a Friday or over the weekend will not be processed until Monday, therefore the 24-36 hour turnaround time may be extended. We recommend only posting samples Monday-Thursday as samples left for longer than 48 hours may not be viable.  

Your Fit to Fly certificate will be available for download as soon as your test result is available.
