We aim to get your results processed within 24-36 hours of it being received at the lab. Due to the volume of tests we receive each day, there is no way to speed up your results.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not process samples over the weekend and any sample received after 2pm on a Friday will not be processed until Monday, therefore the 24-36 hour turnaround time may be extended. We recommend only posting samples Monday-Thursday as samples left for longer than 48 hours may not be viable.
