Where can I find the link to upload my test photo?
If you have been unable to upload your photo during the registration process, you can still upload your test result photo from your dashboard.
This may look different depending on the device you're using, please select an option below:
Instructions for computer/laptop users
Step 1: From your homepage, click on 'Covid & Immunity' in the navigation bar at the top:
Step 2: Then find the 'upload photo result' link under your registered test. Please make sure, if there are multiple users, that the correct one is selected which is shown on the left of the screen below. (If this link is not shown here, the photo upload was successful):
Step 3: Continue the registration process from the screen pictured below:
Instructions for mobile phone/tablet users
Step 1: From your homepage, click on 'Covid & Immunity' in the bottom left of the page:
Step 2: Then find the 'upload photo result' link under your registered test. Please make sure, if there are multiple users, that the correct one is selected at the top of the screen below. (If this link is not shown here, the photo upload was successful):
Step 3: Continue the registration process from the screen pictured below:
